Remote Support
Best For: Fast fixes that don’t require physical hardware changes. This includes email configuration, malware scans, or software training.
Requirement: A working internet connection is required for this service.
On-Site IT Support
1-Hour Session: Best for troubleshooting specific issues, such as printer connectivity, Wi-Fi dead zones, or software errors on a single machine.
2-Hour Session: Recommended for new computer setups, comprehensive data transfers, or network hardware installations. If you have multiple devices that need attention, this is the safer choice to ensure everything is completed in one visit.
